Friends, less than a month ago, I lost my mother to an auto immune disease she has been battling for nearly 14 years. If you placed an order any time in January through the middle of February, I apologize for any delays. I was definitely working through a lot. My mom encouraged me to buy this business over 7 years ago, and I am so glad I did. I find peace and joy crafting these amazingly beautiful products. I encourage you to read the “OUR STORY” page. The tab is located at the top of this website page. Southern Sage (Friend Zi) is a story of family, of life, and how to remember and celebrate those that came before us and those that we have with us. Southern Sage Products make a great gift for any one of any age. So with that, please, always include a special note or instructions for orders placed as gifts. All orders placed are processed, crafted, packaged, labeled and shipped at the time of shipping. What this means is, product is not just sitting on a shelf. It is crafted when an order is processed. This ensures quality and perfection. I personally print each order, craft the product (by hand), fill the containers (by hand), apply the label (by hand) and pack each shipping box (by hand), by my self. I make sure every bottle, container and package that leaves this workshop is at its highest quality. So please friends, allow 7-10 BUSINESS days for all this magic to happen! Typically, I try to fill pending orders the following Monday after the order has been placed, but still 7-10 business days is appreciated. As always thank you for being a Friend.
